Blind Charlie’s is one of my favorite spots. Their breakfasts are so good, that even MY MOM came out for it!
Blind Charlie’s is named after a guy named Charlie who was a great basket maker in the 1800′s. Now the name is known for awesome food in Pound Ridge.
It is very popular with motorcyclists and kids! You might even see some cool bikes when you’re there — they’re all parked outside — which is where we had breakfast. Outside seating is only available in the summer 
I asked our host, Laura,“What is the most popular breakfast at Blind Charlie’s?”
She said, “The deluxe is probably our most popular. It’s two eggs, choice of ham, bacon or sausage, pancakes or French toast AND hash browns or a potato pancake!”
That’s definitely a lot of food!
I had chocolate chip pancakes, bacon, and a chocolate milk. It was terrific! MY MOM had French toast and a cappuccino. She even let me taste the foam – it was foamy and good!
